Simple is better.
Simple is more.
Simple is future.
Homes should be
produced intelligently
not improvised every time.
SYM began with a direct question: why are homes still built almost entirely by hand when nearly every other complex product has moved toward controlled, repeatable manufacturing?
We are developing a permanent housing platform that coordinates architecture, structure, utilities, energy, transportation and installation from the beginning. The objective is not cheaper housing through lower quality. It is affordability created by eliminating waste, delay and repeated work.
